I’ve asked the council’s community safety division to look into what we can provide. If I’m honest, my preference is for location based mapping, but it’s great that so many places are trying to get this information into the public domain in a usable format.

I think it’s worth pointing out that this was set up at divisional, not force level (West Mercia Constabulary covers Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, Herefordshire and Worcestershire). It includes ASB and fire crime data.

So it could be done by a single Borough in London…
