I’ve just been reminded that tonight is the final of Mastermind and one of the finalists is Jesse Honey who kicked off with Wandsworth as a specialist subject – the perfect excuse to feature the video again.
Looking through photos I’ve taken recently I can’t believe I didn’t post anything about the pro-celebrity football that Wandsworth hosted at Battersea Park as part of Fostering Fortnight.
I have commented, in the dim and distant past, about the resurgence in street parties in the borough (and I suspect elsewhere).
The latest figures (which I’ve been a bit slow in posting) show a drop in claims for Jobseekers Allowance in Wandsworth.
I usually try and get my rudimentary crime maps published on a Monday, unfortunately this week the data I use is not available.

I’m aware how it seems advertising a service like this, and I’ve advertised Streetbook before, but while I’ve been away I noticed that it is starting to take off a bit with people starting to post on the forums and a few small discussions starting.
I’m currently doing some work in a local authority elsewhere in the country, hopefully helping them improve their (already good) community safety function.
