I have been trying to contact relevant dept/person to report a very bad falI I had recently owing to a large pot hole. In desperation I contacted my local MP who replied to me advising I would be hearing from Wandsworth Council very soon – this was nearly 2 weeks ago, of course no response as yet from WC. I contacted my GP the next day after this accident (on a Sunday) and had to visit my surgery Monday this week with his advice to visit hospital to have an x-ray – which I did yesterday (17/07/2018) results will be availble this coming Friday (how’s that for speed on the NHS!)

As an 84-year old this does do much for my conficence, and certainly does not bode well WBC
