I’ve just heard that TK Maxx have exchanged contracts on the sub-lease at Primark’s old site at 11-19 Tooting High Street.

I’d be interesting in hearing other people’s views on TK Maxx as an addition to Tooting’s retail offer.  Personally, I’m delighted the run of poundshops has finally ended.
